Is it necessary to create Aranyani account to be able to shop?
Yes, one needs to create an account to shop on the www.aranyani.co (“Website”). Signing up on the Website is easier than making instant noodles and takes less than two minutes. You also have an option to sign in through your Google or Facebook account.

How can I make the payment for a purchase on the Website?
You can make payments through any of the below options: Net Banking; Debit card; Credit card; Cash on delivery (CoD); Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV); Paytm or Mobikwik.
Is CoD option available on all orders? And is it available to all locations?
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on the Website?
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the Website for the payment?

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes can be made only before the product is shipped. However, kindly ensure that you have entered the correct address at the time of placing the order. In order to make the required changes please email us at reachus@aranyani.co
I have received a defected product. Is it possible to replace it?

Shipping & Tracking

How do I know if Aranyani delivers to my address?
Before adding a product to the cart, you will be required to enter your pin code and if the pin code is not serviceable, the Website will let you know. FYI, we are trying our best to deliver across the country.
How can I track my order?
How long does it typically take for order delivery?
It typically takes around 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, in case of metro and tier 1 cities. For all other cities and towns, it may take around 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. For any remote areas, it may take 10 to 12 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.
Do you deliver internationally?
We don’t deliver internationally for time being. We are working on it and will be available very soon.
My order status shows that the product has been ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received the order.
If you find that any part of your order missing in the package, or if you haven’t received the delivery, do not hesitate, write to us at reachus@aranyani.co or call us at 1860 108 6868.
Can I schedule my delivery to a specific date and time for delivery?
Sadly, we do not provide that option to our users yet. We are striving at improving our customer experience and may soon provide you with the aforesaid option.
Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
A SMS with the delivery details will be sent to you. Unfortunately, you cannot choose the preferred courier carrier as we ship it through the best possible carrier from multiple shipping partners helping us deliver your product to you as soon as possible.
I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
The courier company will make three attempts to make the delivery. Yet if it is not delivered write to us at reachus@aranyani.co and we will have your product delivered.
I had purchased two products in an order but want delivery of both the product at different addresses. Is it possible?
Unfortunately, no, you will have to make two different purchases separately.
I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

Gift Cards/Vouchers

Can I purchase a Aranyani gift card?
How do I use the Gift Card that I just received?
It can be used to make purchases from our website or from our retail stores. Any additional costs and taxes are to be paid by the bearer.
Does the Gift Card Expire?
Yes, the gift voucher has a validity period. Please read the terms & conditions of the gift voucher for more details.
How do I Cancel a Gift card?
No, a gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.

Gift wrapping

Can you gift wrap the product for me? Is it possible to add a custom message?
Gift wrapping the order is possible during checkout at an additional cost. We also provide you an option to enter a custom message on selection of ‘Gift Wrap’ option. If no message is chosen, by default we would mention ‘Best Wishes’. Payment through CoD is not available in this case.
Will the Pricing, discount or payment method be displayed on the package to be sent?
Yes, it is mandatory as per government regulations for all shipments to have an invoice.
Who can return the gift?
The buyer or the designated receiver both can return the gift, however the “initiate return” has to be done by the original buyer.
